Drilling was tricky as the wells ranged in depths and the team encountered a significant amount of bedrock in the borings and was not able to introduce a lot of water due to the Clients need to strongly identify the presence of groundwater in the well which required our team to sonic core the bedrock mostly dry which we successfully did. Safety protocols and operating procedures were rigorous as usual due to the presence of PFAS and the needs of the Air Force base. Our team navigated ammunition areas and safely operated installing wells within an active airfield.
